To ensure timely and efficient service, we have a dispatch fee of $75 for all RV mobile service appointments within a 20-mile radius from our base location. This fee covers the cost of sending a qualified technician to your location, including travel time, fuel, and the initial setup required to address your RV needs.

ADDITIONAL SERVICE CALL FEE'S

$2 Per Mile

For locations beyond a 20-mile radius, additional charges may apply based on the extra mileage. These charges help us maintain the high standards you expect from our mobile service team. Our goal is to provide top-notch service and support wherever you are, and this dispatch fee helps us achieve that.

HOURLY FEE

$150/hr

Our mobile RV service is designed to provide you with top-quality support and repairs right at your location. We charge an hourly service fee of $150, with a minimum charge of one hour for each service call.

After the first hour, you will be billed in 15-minute increments. This ensures you only pay for the exact amount of time our technician spends working on your RV. Whether you need a quick fix or a more involved repair, our transparent billing helps you manage costs effectively.

EMERGENCY SERVICE FEE

$300

We understand that RV emergencies can happen at any time, and we’re here to help you get back on the road or enjoy your vacation as soon as possible. For urgent situations involving awning, slide-out, or landing gear issues, we offer an emergency service to address these critical needs swiftly.

Our emergency service fee is $300. This fee covers immediate attention to problems that require rapid resolution, such as deploying or retracting awnings, slides, or landing gear.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the smooth scheduling and efficient use of our technicians' time, we ask that you review and follow our cancellation policy:

CANCELLATION NOTICE

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not incur any charges. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

LATE CANCELLATION

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $75. This fee covers the cost of reserving time on our technician's schedule.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you fail to be present for the appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of $150 will be charged. This fee compensates for the technician’s time and travel costs.

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees and to arrange a new appointment time.

RV PARK ACCESS

Please contact the RV park you are staying in to confirm that service is allowed.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING ACCESS

If you are staying at an RV park and require our mobile services, please note the following:

Permission: Ensure that the RV park permits technicians to work on-site. It is your responsibility to verify and obtain any necessary permissions or approvals from the park management before scheduling our service.

Service Call Fee: If access to your RV is denied due to park restrictions, we are unable to issue refunds.

Park Fees: Any additional fees charged by the park for technician access will be billed directly to you.

Our Story

Welcome to our adventure! We are Ty and Dawn, native Floridians who embarked on a new chapter in our lives in 2024 as full-time RVer's. Our passion for exploring the great outdoors and experiencing the beauty of the United States led us to this exciting lifestyle change.

Our RVing story began in 2018, and since then, we have owned and enjoyed four different RVs, immersing ourselves in the joy of camping and adventure. However, in 2022, Hurricane Ian wreaked havoc on our lives, leaving our home, vehicles, RV, and businesses in ruins. The following year was dedicated to rebuilding and starting anew.

After restoring stability to our lives, we made a bold decision to pursue our dreams of traveling across the country. In early 2024, we embraced the full-time RV lifestyle, allowing us to explore and discover the hidden gems of America that we had yet to experience.

To support our journey we delved into the RV industry, leveraging our hands-on experience from renovating our second RV. Ty obtained his RV Tech certification from NRVTA, while Dawn specialized in RV black and grey tank cleaning, acquiring a certification in this essential service.

With our newfound expertise, we are dedicated to assisting fellow travelers in maintaining their RVs and ensuring they stay on the road with confidence. Our journey is not just about exploration; it's about building connections, sharing knowledge, and creating memorable experiences along the way.
